Warranties: Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information which is needed for servicing under Joynetmall.com 1 year Japanese warranty guarantee.
Return Policies: Products purchased directly from Joynetmall.com by a customer may not be returned by Customer once the product leaves Joynet International Corp. facilities, unless the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival. We do not provide refunds on any items purchased through our site Joynetmall.com, only exchanges. Exchange for Defective or Incorrect item ONLY and will be exchanged with the same item only. Defective or Incorrect items must be reported to us and returned within 3 days of receiving defective/incorrect item to qualify for an exchange, and we will give you Return Authorization number with Return Instruction and Return Address. All returns without Return Authorization will be VOIDED.
